Today’s Insights come from the team at TomorrowToday Global who are focused on disruptive technologies and have been watching the rise of AI very closely over the past few years. Our team has been focusing particularly on Generative AI (GenAI) tools like ChatGPT and Bard over the past 6 months since ChatGPT was released to the public on 30 November 2022.

We are here to help you make the most of it all.

There’s good news and bad news about ChatGPT and other GenAI apps. They’re not actually AI and so they’re not going to revolutionise everything in your industry – not yet anyway. But they’re also not going to destroy civilization either. (We’ll let you decide which of these is good – and which is bad – news.)

In the attached video, our lead futurist, Graeme Codrington explains how leaders should be thinking about GenAI, ensuring that you don’t get caught up in the hype – either good or bad.

GenAI is too powerful to ignore, and if used correctly can bring incredible productivity gains to your team’s work. But if used incorrectly, it could embarrass you badly – or worse, cause harm to you, your brand and your clients.

Make sure you know how to apply GenAI, what your team needs to do to use it effectively, and what its limits are. Avoid the obvious mistakes that others are making.
