People often ask us what TomorrowToday does. One elevator pitch is that we show leaders what they can do today to be more competitive in tomorrow’s changing world. But there is a caveat to this. We are passionate about exploring, identifying, understanding and predicting the impact that this changing world is having, and will have on people and vice-versa.
TomorrowToday is not about just doing better – although we’ve shown that by sharing our insights leaders can be extremely successful. Nor are we for leaders who want to tinker at the fringes of their business. TomorrowToday is about passionately exploring, discovering and reinventing business as we know it – rethinking the fundamental assumptions people have around capitalism, institutions and life at work. We are about creating blueprints for organisations that make them fit for the future and fit for human beings.
