For all my fellow Blackberry users.. I think we sometimes feel a little like the iPhone’s little sister who will just never compete… We know this isn’t true from previous posts on this blog, so my message for this week is simply to be strong, don’t let the iPhone people be the big brothers.
The important thing is that we’re using the technology that smart phones provide us!
And if you don’t see a blog post here next Thursday, you know I’ve been banned from contributing here 🙂

I got my new BlackBerry Torch last week, what a pleasure!
Sure, my iPhone friends can scan products to get the best prices (non-SA products, and best prices in the USA), play with a little cat on the screen (I remember there was a PC program like that YEARS ago, Catz and Dogz??), or measure the decibels output from my stereo system.
I keep in touch with friends and the local NW watch / police on BBM, keeping my area safe, I am always available on mail, without worrying about data costs, and yes, I do play a game of cribbage or Backgammon from time to time.

I agree with Franco…the free data costs that come with the BB is a big boost as to why one should go with a BB over a iPhone. The Tourch is amazing!
