Script 5… The recent recession and financial crisis has been more than just an economic downturn, but a tipping point between the old and the new world of work. Embark on Quests:
JFK inspired a nation to go to the moon with a quest – a dream of adventure. Too many company executives focus on visions and missions of delivering returns to shareholders – the old world. Dreams, passions and quest inspire people to go to the ends of the earth: the new world. Many businesses were started as a dream. Dreams are magical. Quests are dreams that motivate and inspire.
We stand facing a new frontier of work, much of it unexplored, more dreamers and more quest are needed.
