HELPING SCHOOLS SEE THE FUTURE BEFORE IT ARRIVES

Building Future-Fit Schools

BACK TO ALL KEYNOTES

Workshops with Jude Foulston, Director at TomorrowToday Global. A futurist’s lens, a parent’s heart, passionately helping schools think differently about what’s coming.

Building Future-Fit Schools

Teachers today are being asked to do something genuinely extraordinary: prepare children for a world that is changing faster than any curriculum can track, in a system that was designed for a different era entirely.

Our resources for schools don’t ask your staff to adopt another tool by Monday. It asks a different question – what skills do school leaders, teachers, students and their parents need in a world where the rules keep changing?

The goal of all our school resources is to provide school communities with a way to think about change that is honest, practical, and human.

Four ways to work together

Whether you’re looking for a single conversation, a quarterly resource, monthly support, or a year-long partnership, there’s an option to fit your school.

Workshops & Keynotes

Every booking is a one-day engagement designed for two audiences: a 45-minute session for parents and/or students (perfect over breakfast or coffee), followed by a 45-minute to 2-hour workshop for staff.

Delivered virtually or in person – so your whole school community walks away thinking about the same questions, at the same time.

Monthly content for your school newsletter

Writing a school newsletter that positions you as future-thinking, month after month, is hard. This solves it.

Each month your school receives two ready-to-publish pieces – 300 words each, short enough to read in two minutes, useful enough to keep on the staff room wall – on the conversations parents and staff are quietly having about the future of education. Pick the one that fits your community this month. Copy, paste, lightly edit, send. Twelve months a year.

Quarterly Toolkits

Keynotes and workshops spark the conversation. The Future-Fit Toolkit keeps it going. Each quarter, your school receives a curated drop of practical thinking and tools that fit the rhythm of school life.

You’ll start each quarter with a clearer view of what’s changing, a shared language for the work ahead, a staff conversation worth having, and one small thing your teachers can try with their learners.

The Full Future-Fit Partnership

A year-long partnership for schools serious about leading the future, not chasing it.

Includes one full day on-site or virtual (a 45-minute session for parents and students, plus a workshop for staff of up to two hours), four quarterly Future-Fit Toolkits, twelve ready-to-publish monthly newsletter pieces, and two 45-minute virtual strategy sessions with your leadership team across the year. Twelve months of thinking that turns insight into action – for your staff, your parents, and your learners.

What your people leave with

  • – A different relationship with change. Permission to stop bracing against it, and a clearer view of what’s actually moving, and the opportunities that embracing the right change can bring.
  • – A sane way to think about AI and technology. Beyond the binary of “ban it” or “embrace it” – a lens that helps school leaders and teachers make better calls in their schools and classrooms.
  • – Space to think, not just to listen. Workshops are intentionally designed for teachers to reflect, engage, and imagine – and to add their own professional voice to the outcome. Jude doesn’t stand at the front with all the answers. She brings the questions worth wrestling with, and trusts your staff to do the thinking.
  • – Renewed energy for the profession. Not a feel-good moment that fades by Friday – a real shift in how teachers see the future of their profession, supported with practical ideas for what this means practically in the classroom.

Topics available to explore together

1. The change underneath the change.

Why change feels harder than ever – and why much of what looks like resistance is actually clarity in disguise. School leaders, teachers, and parents don’t need to let go of what they know; rather, they need to see what’s actually shifting around them, so they can choose what to let go of, making space for what they need to grab onto next.

2. AI in Education – without the hype or the panic

AI is the new calculator. It won’t lower the ceiling – it will raise the baseline. We explore what that actually means for what schools assess, what teachers teach, and what becomes more valuable when machines can write the essay. The goal isn’t adoption. It’s judgement.

3. The Circle of Courage

The Circle of Courage names what every child needs to thrive – belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity. This workshop helps your school move from asking “what is wrong with this child?” to “what does this child need?” – and gives your teachers and leaders a practical, strengths-based lens for designing a culture where every learner, and educator can flourish.

Jude is a director, workshop facilitator and lifelong learner with TomorrowToday Global, where she has spent more than a decade working alongside futurists and strategists serving organisations in 100+ countries. She brings a futures-thinking lens that most education practitioners simply don’t have access to – combined with a parent’s heart for what schools could become.

She has designed and delivered AI bootcamps and teacher development programmes reaching over 1,000 educators, was a study tour participant at LearnLife Barcelona in 2025, has experienced mainstream schooling, unschooling and everything in between (her 2 teenagers are back at mainstream school for now), and hosts the Future Smart Parent podcast (ranked #2 in South African parenting podcasts, Feedspot 2026).

Feedback from some of  our workshop delegates

I’ve actually grown as a teacher. I always remind myself – I am teaching children for a world that does not exist yet.

The smallest shift in thinking makes the biggest difference. These sessions motivated me to keep expanding my knowledge and keep pushing.

The frameworks behind the workshops

Jude doesn’t arrive with a single off-the-shelf framework looking for a problem to solve. She arrives with access to the full library of thinking that the TomorrowToday Global team has been refining with clients in 50+ countries for over two decades – and pulls from whichever framework fits what your school actually needs. That might be the TIDES of Change model for understanding the forces reshaping education, our 5T AI Impact Model for navigating AI in your school, or the Circle of Courage for thinking about what every child needs to thrive. The framework follows the school. Not the other way around.
